1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of any unexpected delay (stock issue, festival rush, etc.), our team will inform you through email/WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.
Estimated delivery time:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 working days

Remote / Interior Locations: 7–10 working days
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or festive seasons.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

For other orders, shipping charges will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery location and weight of the product.
4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations.

COD orders may take an extra day to process.
6. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.

If the order is not received or rejected, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In case of RTO, reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.
7. Packaging
All products are packed securely using tamper-proof, waterproof packaging to ensure the product reaches you safely.
8. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Locations

Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and contact number are entered correctly.
